Marto is an exceptional team member - a professional with amazing experience and great to work with. If I shall pick only 4-5 people (from my over 20 year career) to work with - Marto would be for sure one of them.

He would strain himself to the limit, if he has committed to deliver on a task. He would take extreme ownership - I was amazed by his stamina and commitment. He would not tolerate crap work - he believes that he and his team should deliver service and product to meet 100% required quality and timing. And finally - he really cares for the company and its mission, for his team and his peers.

Marto is constantly working on developing his team - by providing guidance, coaching and providing relevant feedback. As a result his team members grow in skills, capabilities and attitude - which really hard to achieve in most organizational environments.

It was a great honor and a real privilege for me both to manage and to coach Marto in his professional and personal development.
